The Miterra Documentation (“the documentation”) is a collection of documents on the description of the development, source code, structure, data, and algorithms of the Miterra model, including the Miterra Model Documentation and the Miterra Development Documentation. The documentation, as presented on this website, consists of, but not limited to, texts, graphic materials, mathematical formulae, program codes, etc.

Use and redistribution of the documentation for commercial purposes is explicitly prohibited without specific prior written permission from the copyright holder.

Licence to Miterra Documentation Website User Interface Bundle

Miterra Documentation Website User Interface Bundle (“Miterra Site UI”) is the user interface used for this website, including the layout and source code that supports the presentation of the Miterra Model Documentation. The Miterra Site UI repository is hosted on GitHub.

Software

The software assets of Miterra Site UI (CSS files, JavaScript files, Handlebars templates, utility icons, etc.) are derivatives of several open-source projects (see Attribution). As such, use of the software is granted under the terms of the Mozilla Public Licence 2.0 (MPL 2.0).

Branding and design

Miterra Site UI contains branding materials (logos, colours, iconography, etc.) of the Miterra model, its copyright holder, and third-parties. Rights to those materials are retained by their respective copyright holders.
